The Strategic Planning Steering Committee is committed to the preservation and development of the identity of the University of St. Thomas as a united community seeking to fulfill the mission that unifies it. Even though the structure of the University maintains a broad array of academic and non-academic programs, we operate under a single mission. The proposed plan looks for opportunities to improve the work of the University, while re-engaging the mission as a force that integrates all of what we do. We are a community that seeks to operate under the principles of mutual trust, mutual respect, transparency, communication and accountability. The seven proposed goals were crafted with these principles in mind.

One University

Excellence in Learning and Student Engagement

Excellence in Teaching and Professional Engagement

Catholic Mission

Diversity and Inclusive Culture

Globalization

Operational Excellence
