Global Connections

The Global Connections task force aims at addressing and achieving the strategic plan priority of Global Connections. To that end, the task force—informed by constituents throughout the university—will:

I. Review the goals, objectives, initiatives, and performance measures put forth by the Globalization subcommittee of the UST 2013-14 Strategic Planning Committee and the recommendations of the 2013-14 International Education Task Force.

II. Prioritize key objectives and establish both concrete initiatives and performance measures.

III. Establish a first-year timeline with milestones.

Please note that while the Global Connections committee may explore various recommendations about global/intercultural learning, all aspects of the UST curriculum that require Faculty Senate approval will be addressed by the “Educating for the Future” strategic planning committee.
