STAR is comprised of thirteen student intern positions, a Think Tank with representatives from various clubs and organizations, and a general STAR Committee that all students are welcome to join.

The STAR Committee is comprised of students interested in assisting the interns with program advertising, planning, and implementation.  Committee members work side-by-side with the interns and receive incentives including the opportunity to meet various musicians, entertainers, and speakers, as well as receive tickets for various events.  The Committee meets approximately once per month and members are invited to attend the general STAR board meetings.
