Step 5:

What needs to be done during the event?

Here is a list of ideas for you to consider as your event is taking place:

  • Be sure that everything is set up and ready to go at the correct place and time of the event.
  • Be sure to show up early in order to deal with any unforeseen difficulties.
  • One of your responsibilities will most likely be to monitor the crowd and be sure that everything runs smoothly.
  • And most importantly of all.................HAVE FUN!!!
