The Exempt Staff Council will host a brown bag “Sleep” presentation and discussion on Wednesday, January 16.  Roxanne Prichard, UST Associate Professor of Psychology, will cover the basics of what is happening in our brains and bodies during sleep; the consequences of sleep deprivation; and common barriers to getting good, restorative sleep.  She will lead the discussion from noon to 1 p.m. in Room 202, Anderson Student Center, on the St. Paul campus.  This event is open to all staff.
