Children's Christmas Party, December 8
This year we will support Catholic Charities' work with the Hope Street Emergency Shelter. In addition to cash donations which are always welcome, there is a Wish List included below so your children can bring in gifts for the emergency shelter.

Dec 5 Update from Barb Dunker. . .
There’s lots of exciting action that will be taking place Saturday. December 7, on campus (in addition, of course, to the children’s party), and I hope you’ll understand, in advance, that we’d like to start the children’s party take-down process around 11:15 (for an 11:30 end to the party) in order to turn the Fieldhouse over as soon as possible for events beginning early afternoon on campus. Thanks for your understanding.
The Nonexempt Staff Council is coordinating a giving drive to benefit Catholic Charities’ Hope Street programs and is collecting donations at the children’s party. Hope Street estimates that more than 2,000 youth sleep on Minnesota’s streets every night, and they offer a secure, supportive environment to help teens experiencing homelessness to determine their own options. If you’d like to help, they are in need of new clothing items and personal items for teens.
Some suggested donations for the Wish List are:
team athletic shirts/hats
liquid body wash
inexpensive CD players
playing cards …
anything for teenagers would be greatly appreciated.
We’ll also take cash donations but hope to be able to donate the items needed by these young people.
Thanks, in advance, for helping.
See you Saturday!
