Summer Wednesday Meditations, Starting July 12th
All staff and faculty are invited to get away from the hectic rhythm of life and encounter a space of silence and spiritual depth as we practice different kinds of meditations.
No prior knowledge or experience of any of the prayer and meditation forms is required; instruction will be provided at the beginning of the session for the "practice of the day."
Each session will be offered on Wednesday at noon and last 30 minutes; registration is not required.
We hope that you can join the first session, which will be held on Wednesday, July 12th, at noon in the meditation room (Anderson Student Center, Room 251). Future sessions will be held on Wednesdays at noon in ASC 238.
