Rooms Available to Guests of The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity
The Saint Paul Seminary has a number of available rooms for guests who would like a quiet and comfortable place to stay for our guests visiting us.* The seminary residence is located on the south campus of the University of St. Thomas - right on the corner of Mississippi Boulevard and Summit Avenue.

Guests enjoy a clean, single room with a semi-private bathroom and shower between rooms.**  Each room has a sink, phone, single bed, desk, and more. Limited double rooms are available. Guests are also welcome to use our seminary laundry facilities and computer lab with internet access. For more information or to make reservations please contact:

* Guest rooms are for visitors of The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity upon approval.  Rooms are not available to the general public.

**Except for married couples who request adjoining rooms, guests do not share a bathroom with a person of the opposite sex.

Room Rates
Single occupancy room per night              $45.00
Single occupancy room per week              $225.00

Parking
You do need a parking permit. You may obtain one from the reception desk.  For your convenience you may park your vehicle in the lot marked “P.” We would ask you to refrain from parking in front of the Seminary building, as it is parking for our faculty and staff.

Mail Service
You may sign up for a mail box in the lounge adjacent the Reception Desk (Room 102/102A). Outgoing mail is picked up Monday through Friday by 11:00 a.m., and incoming mail is distributed by 12:00 p.m.

Food Service
For your convenience, vending machines are located on the ground level of the north tower. You are welcome to purchase meals (cash basis) from the University of St. Thomas Food Service in the Binz Refectory on the southeast corner of the campus. See the posted Food Service hours or inquire at the Reception Desk.

Lounge/Kitchen/Recreation Room  
The lounges, kitchens, and recreation room are available to guests. We only ask that you clean up after yourself (turn off lights, TV). Each lounge has a television equipped with cable TV and a VCR. 

Smoking Lounge
The Seminary is a smoke-free environment.  Smoking is not permitted in any area of the residence building, administration building or the commons. For your convenience, room 136 is available to those who smoke. However, it is the only room where smoking is permitted.

Laundry Room
Laundry machines are located on the ground level next to the recreation room. The machines are free, but you must supply your own laundry detergent. Irons and ironing boards are available for your use.
