

The School of Divinity offers graduate programs in theology to prepare women and men, lay and ordained, to provide leadership and service to the church and society. Each program has a distinctive focus.
The Master of Arts in Theology offers advanced study of theology both for those seeking broad preparation across the theological disciplines and for those seeking in-depth study in areas such as Scripture, moral theology, systematic theology and historical theology. This program is offered jointly with the Theology Department of the University of St. Thomas.
The Master of Arts in Religious Education supports the professional growth and development of Catholic educators serving the schools and parishes of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis.
The Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry provides the opportunity, in a systematic way, to consistently think through the relationship between theology and pastoral life.
The Master of Divinity prepares men and women for various ecclesial ministries, including pastoral leadership, catechesis and adult faith formation, chaplaincies or other forms of ministerial service.
