About Us:
The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity of the University of St. Thomas offers a national Certification Program in Church Business Administration. The program consists of two continuing education seminars, now available in one-week or two-week lengths, accredited by the National Association of Church Business Administration (NACBA), which establishes the guidelines. Continuing Education Units (CEU's) and 2 Graduate Credits available. Interdenominational in nature, it is open to anyone nationally who has or is seeking work experience in church business administration.
The founding of this regional program was supervised by Dr. Arthur Zannoni, acting director from 1986-1988. Dr. Gene Scapanski directed the program from 1988-2004 and Dr. Jan Viktora directed the program from 2004-2009, when the current director, Dr. Charlotte Berres, CSJ was appointed in 2009. We recruit a highly acclaimed and ecumenical speakers and our participants come from all over the country. We also work closely with a network of Church Business Administrators.
