The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity of the University of St. Thomas has offered the national Certification Program in Church Business Administration since 1986 under the auspices of the National Association of Church Business Administration which exists to serve the Church by advancing professional excellence in individuals serving Christ through administration in local churches.
The founding of this regional program was supervised by Dr. Arthur Zannoni, acting director from 1986-1988. Dr. Gene Scapanski directed the program from 1988-2004 and Dr. Jan Viktora directed the program from 2004-2009, when the current director, Dr. Charlotte Berres, CSJ was appointed in 2009.
We also work closely with a network of Church Business Administrators of which the twin cities offers the North Central Chapter.
