Rev. Francis Kittock

Fr. Francis Kittock

Father Kittock retired in 2000 after 27 years as the pastor of the Church of St. Charles Borromeo in St. Anthony, Minnesota.

Following ordination, Fr. Kittock was assigned to St. Kevin and St. Hedwig in Minneapolis and Guardian Angels in Oakdale. He was appointed professor and dean of students at Nazareth Hall, serving from 1959-1970. In 1966 he received an MA in education from the College of St. Thomas. Fr. Kittock was the field supervisor for the deacon program of The Saint Paul Seminary from 1970-1972.

The committee chose Father Kittock for his outstanding example of leadership as a parish priest, as an effective administrator, and advocate of Catholic education and formation in all areas of parish life through the establishment of programs designed to strengthen the faith and spiritual growth of the laity.
