I'm not a Catholic. Can I still be involved in activities of the Office for Spirituality?

Absolutely! The Office for Spirituality is eager to help all members of the University of St. Thomas community grow in faith and deepen their relationship with God. Students from all faith traditions are involved with our programs and we invite you to join us.  And, if you have ideas for programs that will more fully meet your needs, please share them with us

I'm not sure where I'm at in my relationship with God. Can the Office for Spirituality help?

Yes we can.  Our office provides a supportive environment for students seeking to grow in faith and understanding of God. We are ready to help you find resources for growing in your relationship with God including through individual or group spiritual direction. Stop by ASC 207 or email spirituality@stthomas.edu to make an appointment to speak with one of us and we can go from there.

Who does the Office of Spirituality serve? If I am not an undergraduate are there resources available for me?

It is our goal to meet the spiritual growth needs of all members of our community and that includes faculty, staff, graduate students, undergraduates and alumni.  We have been more successful in the past with some of those areas than others, so if you are a faculty or staff member and have ideas you would like to see us pursue, don't hesitate to share them with us.
