Dr. Gladney is the newest member of the department having recently completed her Ph.D. (2009) in Sociology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Gladney serves as the law enforcement coordinator for the department. Her previous law enforcement experience includes 10 years with state capitol police.
