In order to facilitate change in persons, communities and the world, our efforts must
radiate out from a profound peace within our own minds. This trainingdeveloped by
Tibetan meditation master H.E. Chagdud Tulku Rinpochemakes accessible to people
of all religions and walks of life particular methods within the Buddhist tradition for
awakening the positive qualities of wisdom and compassion inherent in each of us.
This interactive session uses song, visual images and experiential exercises to introduce
participants to the full training (to be held in the Twin Cities next spring) and the text,
which will be made available at this event. Mari Ann Graham, Ph.D., has attended a
number of full trainings, currently teaches social work practice courses, an elective on
the spiritual dimension of social work practice, and co-directs the Spirituality Institute.
