Greetings, and welcome to the world of Field!  This site is designed to provide basic information and access to forms used in both Foundation and Clinical placements.  We hope to add some new pieces, such as Frequently Asked Questions, in the next few months.  If you have ideas on how the website can be most useful to you, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
