Dear MSW Field Instructors,
Greetings, welcome, and thank you! We are delighted to be partnering with you on this crucial component of professional social work education. This site is designed to provide some basic information on the field program and access to forms. We hope to add some new pieces, such as Frequently Asked Questions, in the next few months. If you have ideas on how the website can be most useful to you, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Our next Field Instructor Training Series workshop (FITS #2) is on November 16, from 9 – noon (registration starts at 8:30 am). Please contact me or Erin Layer, our office manager (etlayer@stkate.edu or 690-6996) for information on registration and parking. Other events include FITS #3 (January 10, 2008, 1 – 4 pm), FITS #4 (March 7, 2008, 9 – noon), and our end of the year Field Instructor Appreciation training and luncheon on May 2, 2008. All of our Field programs are held at the College of St. Catherine campus, and more details about the programs will be coming out in the next few months.
