Field Program

Field is called "the heart of social work education" and the heart-felt commitment to field students and agency field instructors at our program is strong and vibrant. Field Education at School of Social Work of the College of Saint Catherine and University of St. Thomas currently involves over 225 students and over 150 agencies working together at four different levels of professional preparation: undergraduate junior and senior, and graduate foundation and clinical.

As part of our commitment to field education, these web resources have been collected to support field students and field instructors. Basic information, frequently asked questions, announcements, events, forms, and other tools are provided. However, social work - and field education itself - are primarily about personal contact!
