- (1989-1994) Southeast Human Services Center, Fargo, ND; developed and coordinated regional therapeutic foster care program.
- (1994-1998) Professional Association of Treatment Homes (PATH), Fargo, ND: managed regional treatment foster care program.
- (1998-2003) Professional Association of Treatment Homes (PATH, Inc.) St. Paul, MN; directed continuous quality improvement, outcome evaluation and research for multi-state treatment foster care agency.
