          • (1981-1986) Pierce County Social Services, Rugby, ND; provided rural county social work.
          • (1986-1989) Medical Services Division, North Dakota Department of Human Services; determine level of care and inspection of care for Medicaid funded nursing home residents for state screening team.
          • (1989-1994) Southeast Human Services Center, Fargo, ND; developed and coordinated regional therapeutic foster care program.
          • (1994-1998) Professional Association of Treatment Homes (PATH), Fargo, ND: managed regional treatment foster care program.
          • (1998-2003) Professional Association of Treatment Homes (PATH, Inc.) St. Paul, MN; directed continuous quality improvement, outcome evaluation and research for multi-state treatment foster care agency.
          • (2003-2006) Professional Association of Treatment Homes (PATH, Inc) St. Paul, MN:  directed implementation of multi-state federally funded grant to increase rural adoption.
          • (2006 - Present)  Professional Associate of Treatment Homes (PATH, Inc.) St. Paul, MN:  consultant to rural adoption project.
