Sustainable Food Systems
This is a new initiative focused on coordinating faculty, courses, and student community work to tackle big food-related issues in our community. Using the Triple Bottom Line model of people, planet and prosperity, we hope to mimic the success of the UST HIV/AIDS Service Learning Cluster by direct engagement with a critical social issue of our time.
