*** Special note for toner cartridge replacement on Sharp machines ***

When you open the front panel to change toner, flip down the lever marked, "1", then depress the green plastic thing near the number "2". After depressing that green plastic thing, continue to hold on, and slide out the toner cartridge. DO NOT slide out the module behind the lever marked "1".  Take a look, and let me know if you'd like me to stop by and walk you through it. It is easy to pull out the wrong module.

Also, users of the Sharp 355's and 455's use the same toner cartridge even though the box says "455" on it.

It is my hope that the Equitrac keypads will be operational by September 19th, but this rollout is complicated and requires a lot of time as well as many different experts on campus. We're all doing our best. A Bulletin article will be forthcoming with details about how the system works- I think you'll like it.
