Spring Semester 2015
Lifelong learners (age 50-plus) are encouraged to continue their education by taking regular undergraduate classes along with younger students. Participants are welcome to enroll as auditors in a wide variety of courses, on a space-available basis. A list of eligible courses will be printed and available for viewing during the registration dates. You may preview this information online at http://www.stthomas.edu/classes. (Be sure to select Spring 2015 from the semester drop-down box.)
Please note that there are limits to auditors in several departments and not all of the courses shown online are auditable through this program. Please call the Center with specific course availability questions to avoid disappointment on registration day.
Registration Fee: $80 per course. Limit of two (2) courses per student.
Auditors through this program take the classes free of tuition charge, but pay the registration fee, plus pay for books, laboratory, physical education, music, photocopying, or other fees. Students may participate in class discussions, without writing papers or taking exams. No college credit is earned, and courses taken do not count toward completion of degree or certificate programs.
