Guestrooms and  Rates

The University of St.Thomas welcomes overnight guests to the Bernardi Campus. Three guestrooms and any unoccupied student rooms are available for alumni, students, parents of current students, staff, faculty and friends of the University of St.Thomas.More information can be found on our Web site at www.stthomas.edu/rome . The university does not charge a tax or gratuity on accommodation reservations. A guest information form and a notice confirming a reservation will be e-mailed to each guest by the campus director, outlining arrival and departure dates, and other pertinent information. Payment information, including billing address, home and work phone numbers, credit card number, expiration date and cardholder's name are required with each reservation. Rates are in EUROS (€). Guest Rates

Guestroom 06 (main floor) Queen-size bed, private bath, desk with mini-refrigerator, wardrobe and TV. €90 single per night, €115 double occupancy per night.

Guestroom 309 Two twin beds (or matrimonial), private bath, kitchenette, wardrobe, mini refrigerator and TV.  €90 single per night,  €115 double occupancy per night.

Guestroom 400 (Rooftop) Two twin beds, private bath, wardrobe, desk with mini-refrigerator and TV.  €90 single per night,  €115 double occupancy per night.

Per additional person -  €30 per night (based on cot availability)

Continental breakfast is included from 7:30-9:30am when scheduled for the current student group. Housekeeping and linen service is provided to all guestrooms.

STUDENT HOUSING

(This applies to any unoccupied student rooms)                                              

€ 55 per night (one person in a room),  € 40 per night/per person (Two or more in a room) 

 The Bernardi Campus has sleeping accommodations on the men's and women's floors in single, double, and triple arrangements. The guest will be assigned a bathroom in the corridor, which may be shared by students.  Every effort is made to ensure a private bath during one's stay; this depends on availability. Breakfast included with rate when scheduled with current student group. Building hours apply to all guests with housing on student floors.

GUEST OF STUDENT

(in assigned room)

 €30 per person/night (max. one additional person depending on room type)

With written permission of roommates, a current Bernardi resident can host a guest in his/her room (guest must be of same gender with person staying with). Based on availability, a rollout cot (there are only two cots available for use) is provided and breakfast is included when scheduled with current student group. Reservation must be approved by the director with a minimum of 72-hour notice and confirmation of credit card information. Building hours apply to guests of students with housing in student rooms.

INCIDENTAL FEES

• Laundry: €2 per laundry token (one token to wash, one token to dry)
• Dinner on campus (only if scheduled for current student group): €16.00 per person (48-hour notice is required)
• Fax to Rome and within Italy: €3 ; Fax outside Italy: €5
• Copies: 5 cents each
• Phone calls: the cost of the phone call as registered by the phone system

OTHER INFORMATION    

Overnight guests may be able to use the computer lab depending on availability and without interfering with the students' academic work and use of the lab.

Building Hours are:   Sunday-Thursday; Building is locked at 11:30pm

                               Friday-Saturday; Building is locked at 2:00 am
