The enclosed forms are to be filled out and sent to the Campus Director (Thanos Zyngas) at tjzyngas@stthomas.edu for further follow up. The 'Guest Information' form is to be filled by anyone who receives a confirmation by the Director that a guestroom or an unoccupied student's room is available for booking. The Guest Meal Request is a form to be filled by anyone requesting dinner in Bernardi on the nights (Sundays and Wednesdays) that dinner is served and/or when scheduled for current student group. The Student Travel Information form is to be filled by students planning to travel and staying overnight elsewhere. The Student Guest Request form is a form to be filled by any Bernardi resident-student who wishes to host a guest in his or her room (Guest must be of same gender as the host student). All guestroom/room inquiries and meal requests must be approved by the Bernardi Director and payment information must be provided in advance.
