The University of St. Thomas

Murray Hall Election Form

Hall Representative Election for MURRAY Hall residents

Hall Representative Candidates

Charlie Atzmiller- Freshman

I have several goals as a Hall Representative. One goal of mine would be to meet and interact with new people as a freshman on campus. Another goal of mine would be to help unify the male population of the newly transformed Murray Hall. I also would like to help represent Murray Hall and the University of St. Thomas to my peers through my actions and values. My ultimate objective is to represent the new male dorm of Murray Hall to its fullest potential and to give a name to the guys of Murray.

Tommy Glass- Freshman

As a Hall Representative, I will uphold and honor the integrity, respect, and responsibility the merry men of Murray Hall maintain. I will represent my constituents to the fullest of my abilities. Since men are new to Murray, this first generation is the most important, as we begin tradition and reputation. With me as your Hall Representative, we can set our absolute best foot forward into the Residence Hall Association.

Jay May- Freshman

We are no doubt here to learn and throughout the week we all are reading our brains out, but as soon as class get’s out on Friday, the great social life that is at St. Thomas begins. As your Hall Representative, I will do my best to make your time fun and definitely enjoyable. Some ideas include but are not limited to; having a dance party formal or informal where only Murray guys are invited and everyone gets a date (and you definitely aren’t  limited to one) with a DJ from either the hall or somewhere else, legit BBQs, or watching sports games on the projection screens in the ball room. This is our year and it’ll be what we make of it.

Brady Miller- Freshman

As a member of the Residence Hall Association, I would work to promote student involvement. This would be accomplished by employing the assets granted by the RHA to create an outlet for students looking to truly become active members on campus. I whole heartedly believe that being involved is an integral component of a rewarding college career. The experiences gained from such endeavors will be the stepping stones to life after college.

Andrew O’Brien- Freshman

Hello my name is Andrew O’Brien. My goals and objectives for this year are to represent Murray, try to organize events within the hall, and out. I’m dedicated to the job, and will make the most out of representing Murray!!

Matthew Vicknair- Freshman

My goals and objectives are:

-create a reputation for Murray Gall as the best hall because of its activities and events.

-introduce new activities brought from my experiences in the States and in many other countries.

-allow you to have direct contribution by giving your ideas & opinions in meetings, unchanged.

-using my experience in student council to and lead groups this large.

-being completely honest & transparent about when I can and can’t promise something

-the ability to work well with other RHA members to bring what you want.
