I would like to be a member of RHA next year to become an active member of the St. Thomas community. I am very interested in becoming a part of residence life. I would like to get to know people, and create a community within the residence halls wehr it is easy to connect to others. I would like to plan exciting activities and events that bring people together, and provide options for fun and different weekend activities. I am very organized and responsible, and I will be helpful in anyway that is needed. I am very excited to be apart of the residence life community.

My name is Michelle Burns and I am a freshman at St. Thomas. I’ve had a wonderful first year experience at UST and I would love to contribute to our environment and residence life through Hall Council. I believe I would be a good addition to RHA because I love working with people and planning/organizing events. I am also a hard worker; detail oriented and aspire to do my best. RHA is a great opportunity for creating lasting memories and lasting friendships while improving the UST community. It would be an honor to be selected as a member of Hall Council for next year!

Renee D. Huset, Sophomore

Hi, my name is Renee Huset and I would love the opportunity to serve on the John Paul II Hall council for the 2008-2009 school year. This semester I have really enjoyed working with my fellow hall council members planning some great hall council events and I look forward to implementing some new events next year with enthusiasm and creativity. Should I be elected, I assure you I will listen to your input and do the best I can to represent your interests on the hall council as well as the larger Residence Hall Association. Thank you!
