Residence Halls at the University of St Thomas offer a variety of positions in which you can get involved, voice your opinion, meet new people, and have some fun! Students who take a more active part in their college experience generally do better in school and are more satisfied overall.
2013 Summer Employment Opportunities
The Department of Residence Life offers some opportunities to work and live on-campus over the summer months. At this time all summer employment opportunities have been filled for the summer of 2013.
Student Leadership Positions
Residence Life offers paid leadership positions for staff working in the residence halls. These positions are hired through a division wide leadership selection process. 2013-2014 Operations Manager Information
Operations Managers are undergraduate students who assist the hall or area director in overseeing the operations of running a residence hall. Applications for 2014-2015 will be available in the fall of 2013.
2013-2014 Night Access and Desk Worker Positions
Applications for the 2013-2014 academic year are now closed. Applications for the 2014-2015 academic year will be available in the spring of 2014.
Hall Council Positions - Residence Hall Association (RHA)
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) serves as a unified voice for residents. They provide an open forum for addressing requests, concerns, and issues while acting as a liaison between residents and the university.
Each residence hall has a system for creating a hall government and for electing reps to the RHA general council. For more information regarding Hall Councils and RHA, please visit their website at http://www.stthomas.edu/rha.
