Hall Council Positions - Residence Hall Association
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) serves as a unified voice for residents. They provide an open forum for addressing requests, concerns, and issues while acting as a liaison between residents and the university.
Each residence hall elects a hall council (president and vice presidents) each spring/fall that serves on the RHA general counsel. For more information regarding Hall Council positions and RHA, please visit their website at http://www.stthomas.edu/rha.
