First floor common areas include a community room and TV lounge, both with fireplaces, and an outdoor patio. Study lounges are located on floors 2 through 6, laundry rooms are available on all floors, and suite residents have access to a kitchenette on each floor. Underground parking is available for an extra charge; lockable bicycle storage is also available. Flynn Hall has sixty-nine 4-bedroom/4-person apartments and twenty-eight 2-bedroom/4-person suites. Apartments include full kitchens (refrigerator, sink, stove, microwave) and two full baths (including tub/shower unit). Suites are located on floors LL-4 and consist of two 2-person bedrooms separated by a shared, full bath with two sinks. Flynn Hall will have analog phone lines and students will provide their own phone device (telephone, cordless phone, fax machine, modem, etc.).
