Common areas include a service desk, study lounge, computer lab, recreation and TV area, laundry room and kitchenette. The average room size is 11' x 14', with 9' ceilings. While most rooms are doubles housing two students, a few single rooms and 2-room triple rooms are available. Each floor has a north and south wing and community bathrooms with showers are located on both wings. All furniture is moveable. Most rooms are carpeted and many have sinks.
