Morrison Hall offers apartment-style housing for sophomore, junior and senior students. Located on north campus, Morrison Hall was built in 1998 and houses 340 residents. Common areas include two-story social/lounge areas on floors 2, 4 and 6 and outdoor patios on the second floor are available for resident use. Via skyway Morrison Hall residents can access the Koch Commons Fireside lounge, the Pit Stop deli-style store and north campus fitness center. Underground parking is available for an extra charge through parking services; lockable bicycle storage is also available.
Typical apartments have 4 bedrooms and accommodate 4 residents. Ten single efficiency units and a few 3-bedroom/4-resident and 3-bedroom/3-resident units are available. Living room furnishings include a sofa, chair, coffee tale and lamp and are wired for cable TV. Bedrooms include a bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, and closet with shelving and are also wire for cable TV and internet service. Kitchenettes include a microwave oven, refrigerator and sink. Two- and 3-bedroom apartments have 2 full baths with tub/shower unit. Each 4-apartment cluster on floors 2-7 have a separate laundry area kitchenette with stove and sink.
