NOTE: Once non-degree registration begins, you will be notified via e-mail with your registration results.

To receive special permission to take more than the maximum amount of credits, please contact John Krebsbach, Associate Dean, at 651-962-6300.

Prerequisites, Closed, and Waitlisted Courses

Instructor signatures are required on the Change in Registration form to enroll into courses that are closed, waitlisted or if it has pre-and co-requisites that you have not taken here at the University of St. Thomas.  If the course is a College of Business course, you will need the signature of Jean Gabler in 128 MCH, which is building 81 on the UST map

Examples: ACCT, BLAW, BUSN, ENTR, FINC, MGMT, DSCI and MKTG.

Admissions Office
A maximum of 24 credits taken at St. Thomas on a non-degree status may be applied to a degree program.  A non-degree student who wishes to change status and pursue a degree program must make a formal application for admission through the Office of Admissions by contacting them at 651-962-6150, or visiting their office located on 32 Finn Street, #72 on the UST map.

Business Office:
For information regarding fees, please contact the Business Office at 651-962-6600.  Classes may have additional fees such as laboratory fees, music lessons, or other fees associated with classes such as some business and computer courses.

ID Card Office
Once you are registered for class(es) you may obtain a picture identification card at the Card Office (651-962-6069), Room 259 of Murray-Herrick Campus Center, #5 on the UST map.  You will need an ID card when you purchase a parking permit below, when checking out materials from the library, and for using the athletic facilities.

View Final Grades:
Final grades may be viewed on Murphy Online.  You must have a UST I.D. and PIN in order to access this site.  If you do not know your UST I.D. and PIN, please contact the IRT Tech Desk at 651-962-6230 or email.  They will email this information to your UST email address.

Parking Services
If you plan to purchase a UST parking permit, please call 651-962-7275 or go to 2119 Grand Avenue (corner of Grand Avenue and Finn Street), #70 on the UST map.
