Retention of Syllabi

Each instructor will submit a syllabus for each class taught to the dean prior to the first session of each class. The syllabus will be retained for at least five years following the last day of the class. If a syllabus is revised in a significant way during the course of a semester, the revised syllabus must also be submitted to the dean or designee and retained as indicated above.





Important Note: In the absence of a more strict policy at the school or college level the University Graduate Academic Policies apply. Should a graduate program not have a specific policy or should there be omissions or gaps in the policy for a specific graduate school program, the University Graduate Policy shall govern.
