Retention of Student Work Supporting Grades

Student work which is retained by the instructor, and which supports the grade book, or analogous record, should be retained for one semester after the final grade is entered.  A mark of Incomplete is not considered a final grade.



Important Note: In the absence of a more strict policy at the school or college level the University Graduate Academic Policies apply. Should a graduate program not have a specific policy or should there be omissions or gaps in the policy for a specific graduate school program, the University Graduate Policy shall govern.
