Office of the University Registrar

The office of the registrar is normally open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Most Thursday mornings we have a staff meeting and the office does not open until 9:30 a.m.

Any student who has been called into active duty or has been placed on ready status, should contact the Academic Counseling Office for assistance with their continued enrollment and refund of their tuition. Their telephone number is 651-962-6300. 

The mission of the University Registrar is to support the mission of the University by providing effective leadership in the management of student records, registration, and related client services.  This leadership will ensure University students, faculty, and other constituents experience service which is pleasant, prompt and accurate.  Persons under the leadership of the University Registrar will view themselves as facilitators of the processes of higher education, with the primary goal of accommodating the diverse individual needs and expectations of the students, faculty, staff, and other constituents.
