To pay invoices less than $3000, please use one of the following payment methods.*

• Use your WellsOne  Commercial Card to make small dollar purchases.  Information on these programs is available from our website.
• "Stamp" the invoice, including the index, account, delegate's signature, and the location and activity codes (if necessary).

As of July 1, 2008, Purchasing will be rejecting requisitions that come through for an order less than $3,000. If your requisition is rejected, you will receive an e-mail.  Processing POs for small dollar amounts is often cumbersome and expensive for all parties involved.
