The Purchasing
Services Department facilitates and manages the centralized and
decentralized purchasing and vendor contracts
for the
University of St. Thomas, utilizing the highest legal and ethical
standards to sustain, foster, and uphold the mission of this
university. It is our goal to promote trust, support and understanding
for each other, and recognition of the expertise and contribution of
each UST community member; to help others achieve their goals by
providing quality goods and services with civility and professionalism
while nurturing prudent stewardship of university assets. Purchasing
Services is part of the division of Finance and Administration.
