| A study of the structure and function of sensory systems, the information that these systems provide the brain, and the subsequent interpretation of sensory information that we call perception. The course focuses on visual perception (e.g., brightness, color, form, depth, movement, constancy, illusions) and auditory perception (e.g., detection, discrimination, loudness, pitch) and incorporates art and music.
