Minneapolis Harmon & 11th Parking Ramp

This ramp provides contract parking for students and employees.  It also provides reduced price parking for part-time day and evening students.  Parking for University of St. Thomas employees and students should be purchased through the Minneapolis Public Safety and Parking Services department.

The ramp is owned and operated by the City of Minneapolis.  The University of St. Thomas is not responsible for care of, damage to and/or protection of any vehicle or its contents at any time while parked in the ramp.

Hourly Rates (Weekdays, before 4 p.m.):

• 0 - 1 hour                     $2.50

• 1 - 2 hours                   $3.75

• 2 - 3 hours                   $5.00

• 3 - 4 hours                   $6.25

• 4 - 12 hours                 $7.50

• 12 - 24 hours               $9.50

• 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.             $2.00

• Saturdays/Sundays       $3.00

• Holidays                       $3.00

Ramp Hours:

Monday – Friday  6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Saturday                       8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Sunday                         7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

All faculty, staff and students who have full contracts to the ramp will have unlimited access after normal ramp hours.
