Parking Citation Appeals Parking citations appeals can now be completed through Murphy Online.
Click the "Outstanding Citations" link, select the citation you wish to appeal and complete the "appeals comment" section. Once the appeal has been completed, your account will be credited for the amount of the citation. Once a decision regarding your appeal has been reached, the credit will either remain on your account, the citation fee will be reapplied, or the fee will be adjusted, depending upon the appeal decision. For those who do not have access to Murphy Online, an appeal form can be picked up from the Parking Services office at 2119 Grand Ave., on the corner of Grand Ave. and Finn St.
