PROJECT2EXCEL: A Study of Twice-Exceptionality

PROJECT2EXCEL NEWS

PROJECT2EXCEL's 3rd Annual Administrator's Breakfast was held in May 2011.  Project Steering Committee members enjoyed the opportunity to share information, progress, and student work with administrators from the three participating districts.

Dr. Karen Rogers presented on the project at the Hormel Symposium in June, 2011.

Two presentations from the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) Convention in Atlanta, November 2010 can be found under "research" on the left side bar.

Project administrators and educators have compiled a comprehensive list of strategies for assisting twice-exceptional students, appropriate for immediate implementation in the classroom setting. This helpful PDF can be found under "research" on the left side bar. We thank Angela Fuhrman, James Eich, Anne Bleyle, Kirsten Armbrust, Jessica Swanson, Rebekah Hanson, Martha Palm, Kristine Matulka, Colleen Heck, Natalie Geese, Michelle Ahrens, and Carol Aasen for their contributions as participating educators in creating the list!

Website staff are currently in the process of adding current case studies, strategies, and project schedules to this page in order to better serve our participants and peers. Your patience is appreciated!
