Dr. Mazumdar joined UST in 2008. He teaches courses in comparative politics, third world politics and government, and the introductory course to the discipline of political science. His research interests include comparative politics, international political economy, and the politics of Asia, with particular emphasis on India, China, Pakistan, and Nepal. He has published several articles in international journals pertaining to foreign relations, economic reforms, internal security, and domestic politics of South Asia.
