Verification of Student Information Policy
All undergraduate students must complete a verification of their bio-demographical information using Murphy On-line just prior to the beginning of the first week of school in the fall semester. The verification process is required to assist in maintaining accurate student information and creation of a student directory. All graduate students should verify their addresses, phone numbers, etc.. prior to the beginning of the semester to assure that the information Is correct. After verification, if you wish to withhold your directory information, you must fill out a request to prevent disclosure of directory information form, which is available on the Office of the University Registrar web page: http://www.stthomas.edu/registrar/student/ferpa/nondisclosure/default.html or in the Office of the University Registrar (Murray-Herrick Campus Center, Room 126). The form must be submitted to the Office of the University Registrar before the end of the second week of the semester.
During the remainder of the school year, students may change their directory information any time by submitting a request to the Office of the University Registrar, Murray-Herrick Campus Center, Room 126.
