Event Request Process / Campus Space Request
Any club, organization or department which is planning to reserve a campus space for an all-campus educational/informational event or a sales or solicitation process will need to use the Campus Scheduling Services on-line request. This request has questions that each organizer must answer in order to confirm their space reservation.
The event requests submitted by student clubs/organizations are reviewed by Campus Life.
The contact person of the requested event will be expected to follow up through the Web Viewer self-service utility to assure that the requested space has been secured and direct any questions about that reservation to Campus Scheduling Services.
The contact person of the requested event is expected also to contact those offices/services (food, public safety, physical plant, IRT) relevant to the execution of the requested event.
