- Reservations and approval for displays in the Murray-Herrick Campus Center lower level display cases (across from Scooters) must be done in the Campus Life office.
- Reservations for the display case next to the Grill are also done in the Campus Life office.
- The display case can be reserved for up to one week at a time by student clubs and organizations, faculty and staff.
- Display case reservations will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Monday and conclude at 10:00 a.m. the following Monday.
- Items not removed from the display case by 10:00 a.m. will be removed and disposed of by Campus Life personnel.
- Reservations are accepted on an ongoing basis.
- All displays are subject to approval by the Department of Campus Life.
