Each student has the responsibility to know and abide by what is contained in these policies and all other applicable university regulations and policies.
The head of each graduate program, in collaboration with the Dean of Students is responsible for enforcement of the Rules of Conduct of the University of St. Thomas. A student charged with violating the university's Rules of Conduct will be afforded a hearing in accordance with the procedures outlined in Disciplinary Rights & Procedures – Non-Academic.
The University of St. Thomas offers a wide variety of student organizations. Often as the student population changes there is new interest by students to create new organizations. The Director of Student Affairs Life/Work Center will assist any student interested in forming a student organization.
The St. Thomas Events Request Form is to be utilized by any individual, club, organization or department which is planning to reserve a campus space for an all-campus educational/information event or a sales or solicitation process. In order to reserve space and/or sponsor an all-campus events, you will need to comply with the procedures outlined in the Event Request Policy.
