Please join us for the following meditation sessions offered each week by the Project for Mindfulness and Contemplation, a joint project of the Office for Spirituality and the Wellness Center. Each session is free of charge and open to the public. No previous experience is required. We look forward to seeing you there!

Join the Project for Mindfulness and Contemplation and the Office for Spirituality every Wednesday at Noon for a break from the stresses of everyday with Meditation. Wednesday sessions will be held in the Anderson Student Center Meditation Room (ASC 251) each week.
*No prior knowledge or experience of any of the prayer and meditation forms is required; instructions will be provided at the beginning of the session for the "practice of the day".
