Campus Scheduling Services

The Campus Scheduling Services team facilitates the scheduling of St. Thomas’ location resources for academic courses and internal meetings and events. Campus Scheduling Servcies is an Administrative Department thus available and processing reqeusts Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00pm.

Current Construction Projects

March 2015

Current Construction Projects on the St. Paul Campus

AQU - Business Offices remodeling, work is underway and will be complete by the end of June, 2015.

44C - Ongoing remodeling project. Completion is scheduled for June 8, 2015.


Current Construction Projects on the Minneapolis Campus

None at this time


Upcoming Projects:

57P - interior upgrades are planned  -  Projected start date is July 1, 2015

AQU - south elevation exterior masonry restoration and window painting -  work will begin in June, 2015.

BIN - service drive improvements will be done during the summer of 2015.

Chapel/Faculty Residence - a new storm sewer will be installed to provide improvements to the drainage system - Summer 2015 completion.

FDC Building - main entry door system will be removed, stone removed and then all reinstalled - Projected start date is June 1, 2015

                      This work will close down the main entry/sidewalk for approximately 4 weeks. The south parallel parking lane and part of the

                       east bound lane will be diverted. The east and west building entrances will be open.

FDC 3rd Floor Exhibition Space - Lighting and window trreatments will be installed in June, 2015.

FDC and APR - area between these two buildings will have a concrete slab and a new waste stream compactor will be installed.

    Work will begin in May with completion mid-July, 2015.

Grand Avenue Monument - a new UST monument will be installed on the NW corner of Grand and Cretin  -  Foundation to be completed in May with the final stone

    work to be completed in June, 2015.

IRL - restroom remodeling on the lower level and 2nd floor - work to begin in June with a completion in August, 2015.

MCH - landscape planter project during June, 2015.\

MHC - restroom remodeling for the lower men's and women's restrooms and the 3rd floor men's restroom - work to begin in June with a completion in August, 2015.

OEC - sidewalk improvements on the east side with work to be completed in June, 2015.

OWS - chemistry lab modifications will be done during the summer of 2015.  Sidewalk improvement on west side of OWS and landscape planter project on

    north side of OWS - both to be completed in June, 2015.

Parking Lots A & D - both will have improvements made to them during the summer of 2015.

SCB - lower level updating and minor remodeling will be done during the summer of 2015.

Sitzmann - exterior restoration project will begin in May, 2015.
