Photo Services Switches Ticketing Systems

In an effort to more tightly integrate with University Relations marketing and design, as well as to streamline job tracking for our staff and clients, Photo Services will be moving all FY15 photo shoots to a new ticketing system - AtTask. Any shoot scheduled for July 1, 2014 or after will be in this system. Web Help Desk, Photo Services' current ticketing system, will be phased out.

If you have already requested photography for FY15 using the existing RFS (which routes tickets to Web Help Desk), Director of Photography Mike Ekern will contact you and move your Web Help Desk ticket into AtTask.

Clients wishing to request photography for FY15 will need an AtTask login. They can contact Mike Ekern for assistance in getting started with the system.
