
The Stromberg system is only used by those areas of the campus that currently use time clocks. This includes all of the Athletics Departments, all of the departments under Auxiliary Services (i.e. Bookstore, Card Office, Food Service, Post Office, Public Safety & Parking and Service Center) as well as the Physical Plant.
Most hourly employees and students log their time by swiping their badges at the clock. If you miss swiping your badge or you want to report time off you should use the Time Card Adjustment Form and give it to your supervisor. If you have been granted permission by your department you can also report your time via the web using e-Access if you do not have access to a clock
Supervisors will either approve time using Stromberg Corporate Edition Tool on their desktop or via the web using e-Supervisor. They can also run reports using these tools.
